With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Virginia Norton brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as a Paralegal.

Her impressive career includes working with leading organisations such as the big 4 insurers, including law firms Kenyon Lawyers, and Slater and Gordon.

For the past seven years, Virginia has successfully owned and operated her own business, where she has honed her leadership and strategic skills under the guidance of Anthony Bucca, Principal Lawyer.

Her deep understanding of the industry, coupled with her passion for delivering exceptional results, drives the continued success and growth of the company.

Jo Nand, Law Clerk

Jo brings a wealth of experience to her new role as a Law Clerk, drawing from her extensive background with multiple insurers, where she handled complex claims. She has also served as an Executive Assistant, collaborating with medium to large businesses in administrative and decision-making capacities. With her extensive background in both claims management and business operations, Jo has recently transitioned to a law clerk role within our practice. Her adaptability and strong problem-solving skills make her a valuable member of the team, contributing to the continued success of our operations.
